Shipping & Returns Policy

1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically package all orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times within Canada are as follows: Standard shipping: 5–10 business days.

2. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Enjoy free Canada-wide shipping when you order 3 or more items.

Orders with less than 3 items are subject to a flat rate of $15.

3. How will I know when my order will arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Canada. We hope to expand to offer shipping to other countries as we continue to grow.

5. What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?
If your package hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at support@canadastarclothing.ca—we’re here to help. While we don’t offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, we’ll gladly assist you in tracking your order and work with carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. What is your return & refund policy and how do I make a return?
We want you to love your Canada Star purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You can return, get a refund or exchange items within 14 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method once we have successfully received the returned package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria may not qualify for an exchange, refund or store credit.
