Our Story
Canada Star was born in 2024, during a quiet moment on maternity leave with my second little boy. As a Canadian mom of two energetic little bears, I struggled to find premium-quality, organic kids’ clothing that were free from polyester and harmful chemicals that irritate kids' gentle skin and are harmful for their health ( and our planet). What I found were mostly in neutral and muted colors like beige, sage green, teal, charcoal - that my kids didn't even recognize let alone enjoy wearing them. Dressing them turned into an everyday battle.
With over 20 years of experience in design, I saw an opportunity to put a purpose behind my passion. Every single piece in our collection is thoughtfully designed right here in our own little home office-with real kids (and parents) in mind. We focus on safety of kids, comfort, durability, and fun-loving style that kids enjoy wearing, and quality that parents can trust.
To bring our designs to life, we partnered with a world-class manufacturer with over 40 years of experience that shares our commitment to fair wages, ethical practices, sustainability, and exceptional craftsmanship.
